Hi Karl, Just a quick note-I don’t usually do this sort of thing but felt I had to this time! I bought a quantity of beef at your market stall at Toowoomba Farmer’s Market last weekend ( I was the lady from Nanango with the white hair & glasses) I bought a lot of mince, rump & a whole rib fillet spending around $230.
Well, we have tried the rump & the rib fillet. This is the BEST meat I have EVER had! Incredibly tender & so full of flavour. We had a local butcher here who also grew their own beef but unfortunately closed last August. Their meat was good (but not as good as yours) & we haven’t had a decent steak since they closed!
Congratulations on a wonderful product. I do hope you continue to go to the Farmer’s Market as for me it is worth driving down from the South Burnett to get great quality food.
I am extremely particular about ‘clean grass fed meat’, with a strong aversion to feedlots! I did ask about your meat briefly, and was told it is pasture raised. Can you give me a little more info on whether there is grain or supplement feeding and also any chemicals that might be used on your cattle?
